World of Tanks AMX 50 B - 10 Kills 9,6K Damage

The AMX 50 B is a French tier 10 heavy tank.

Developed starting in 1951 by DEFA, the state weapons design bureau. By 1958, the AMX 50 B received a number of improvements, including a low-profile cast hull and torsion-bar suspension. A new oscillating turret with a 120-mm gun was also mounted on the vehicle. Despite the fact that the Maybach engine power provided just 1,000 h.p., specialists from the German Gruppe M company were looking for a solution that would allow the vehicle to reach a speed of up to 65 km/h. Only one finished prototype of this variant was built.

The AMX 50 B is the final evolution of the French autoloader heavy line. It's very similar to its predecessor, the AMX 50 120, and is essentially a souped-up version of it. Namely, it is more maneuverable and faster than the 50 120, mainly due to a big boost in horsepower. The AMX 50 B also has enhanced hull armor positioned at an extreme angle that is much more capable of bouncing shots. Although the 120mm cannon carries over from the 50 120, it has been significantly improved in reload speed, aiming time, time between shots, and gun elevation angles. Furthermore, the AMX 50B has overcome the easily-damaged ammo rack that plagued the AMX 50 120.

The AMX 50 B marks the end of its French heavy line.

World of Tanks Object 907 - 6 Kills 10,2K Damage

The Object 907 is a Soviet tier 10 premium medium tank.

The decision to start development of a next-generation medium tank simultaneously while improving the T-54 was made on July 13, 1953. Development was carried out by Research Institute No. 100. The project was submitted in February—March 1954, and, in April 1955, the hull of the new vehicle was tested for shell resistance. However, the project was later canceled due to its complexity.

This tank was available as a reward tank along with the M60, VK 72.01K, and T95E6 for the top 3000 players on the NA server and top 11000 players on the EU server who had gained the most fame points during the 3rd, 4th and 5th Clan Wars Campaigns.

World of Tanks XM551 Sheridan - 6 Kills 8,3K Damage

The XM551 Sheridan is an American tier 10 light tank.

Work on the vehicle started under the AR/AAV project (Armored Reconnaissance/Airborne Assault Vehicle) in January 1959. In June 1962, the Cadillac Motor Car Division delivered the first vehicle prototype to the client. The first generation of vehicles included three prototypes. Work was continued, and the vehicle eventually saw service under the M551 Sheridan designation in 1966.

Judging from its raw stats, The Sheridan had minor differences from The T49. With the same derp gun from T49, a bigger hull, lower weight, and being covered with wet toilet paper armor, this can turn some players off. But, to redeem its downside, the Sheridan received a handy 105mm AP gun with great penetration and accuracy. It also has some thin but useful spaced armor to protect it from HESH or HEAT shells.

The XM551 Sheridan marks the end of its American light line.

World of Tanks Object 263 - 7 Kills 9,4K Damage

The Object 263 is a Soviet tier 9 tank destroyer.

The development of a heavy tank destroyer on the basis of the IS-7 heavy tank was started in 1950. Three design projects were developed, one of which resulted in a full-size wooden prototype. However, further development was discontinued due to phasing out mass-production of the IS-7.

The Object 263 was once among the ranks of Tier X Russian Tank Destroyers (before replaced with Object 268 Version 4 in 9.22 patch). Also known as "The Sandal of Stalin" or "Yolo Wagon" as it was well-known for its rapid-firing gun with high DPM, and unexpected strong frontal armor.

The Object 263 is now downtiered into Tier IX position with toned down stats. It has become a cumbersome "Assault Gun" with very poor accuracy, pitiful DPM, and weaker side armor. It retains the good mobility and very strong frontal armor.

Always avoid getting flanked when playing this tank, as your sides and rear won't stand any shots. It's also good to take into account that side scraping is not advisable, due to the extremely weak ammo rack that the tank has, making it dangerous if you're over angling. Face hugging other tanks is not recommended as your gun mantlet is easily penetrated by very high penetrating guns, making it an easy target.

Hugging tall tanks, like the Maus, is also a dangerous idea, as they can easily overmatch your weak hull roof and out trade you easily. If the enemy is using premium ammunition, then it's better to take cover as the enemy can penetrate your front most of the time. The mobility on the Object 263 is rather flexible, with great acceleration and top speed, allowing it to get into position very quickly and support your team where needed. Another serious defect of this tank is the non-enclosed superstructure, exposing the entire crew and critical interior components. Direct hits from artillery will pretty much devastate you in one shot, or leave you extremely damaged. This often leaves you with injured crew members and a damaged ammo rack.

The Object 263 leads to the Object 268 Version 4.

World of Tanks M48A5 Patton - 6 Kills 10K Damage

The M48A5 Patton is an American tier 10 medium tank.

A modification of the M48 tank of 1970, developed to modernize the remaining M48 tanks in service up to the M60 tank's level. The modification featured a new engine, armament, and fire control system. Apart from armor protection, the 2,570 upgraded vehicles were practically indistinguishable from the M60 that featured the same armament and engine.

The M48A5 Patton is another example of a jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none tank like its predecessors. It possesses a smooth, egg-shaped hull and a curved turret with decent frontal thickness. Its armor is stronger than most mediums of its tiers and will deflect a surprising amount of shots from its peers if hull down. The 105mm M68 is an extremely versatile weapon, with high penetration, damage, and rate-of-fire. While it is a clear improvement in firepower over the M46 Patton, the M48A5 will face opponents with equal or even superior survivability.

It is also slightly slower than its predecessor, due to its heavier weight and weaker engine. In addition, the M48A5 is also a very large tank, even larger than the T110E5 heavy tank. However, it compensates for that with its reasonable amount of maneuverability and great traverse, at 50 degrees per second. Furthermore, the gun depression is still satisfactory at 9 degrees, though not as effective as the M46 Patton due to its middle turret placement. This makes it suited for close to mid-range combat, darting in and out of cover or a crest, firing shots at the enemy before they can fire back.

The M48A5 Patton marks the end of its American medium line.
